Bryan Illsey

 Bryan Illsey is known for his diverse practice, this wrought Iron piece shows the abstracted skills he drew from Naum Slutsky, the prominient Bauhaus School industrial designer. Illsey and O'Casey opened a workshop in St. Ives in the 1960s, notable commissions include Barabara Hepworth.

Public collections that hold examples of his work include the Arts Council, Crafts Council, Contemporary Arts Society, Victoria & Albert Museum, Kettles Yard, Cambridge and the Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.
